General Information

IT Services runs a Help Desk (G), which can be accessed online. Contact the IT Services staff for general questions concerning electronic resources at WU, error messages or help inquiries.

The Help Desk interface provides a choice of several categories including "Anfrage zur Telefonie" , "Anfrage zu Web & CMS" and "Allgememeine/Diverse Anfragen". Choosing the adequate category allows us to send your inquiry directly to the department you need.

Of course you can also reach us by telephone – you can find the phone extensions of all IT Services staff members in the WU phone directory (G). Additionally, email addresses and mailing lists for specific questions allow you to contact us directly.
