Anja Schuster is a research and teaching associate at the Institute for International Business. She received her Diplom from the University of Mannheim specializing in International Business, Marketing and Psychology. During her studies she spent a year at Macquarie University, Sydney where she obtained her Master of International Business and was awarded the “Vice-Chancellor's Commendation for academic excellence”.

Anja gained international work experience through various industry positions in Germany and Australia and worked as a student assistant with Prof. Homburg at the Department of Marketing I in Mannheim.
