Activity Reports

During the target agreement negotiations between the Rector’s Council and the Department Heads, both parties agreed that WU’s academic staff shall prepare annual Activity Reports.

The Activity Reports are intended to provide an accurate representation of the faculty’s performance in research, teaching and administration.

Activity Reports, formatted as Excel spreadsheets, are sent to members of the academic staff each year by email. Faculty members then have the opportunity to edit, correct, or otherwise add to their Activity Reports.

The completed Activity Reports are collected by the Department Head and forwarded to the Rector’s Council.

Recipients

The following members of the academic staff are sent an annual Activity Report:

· Professors

· Assistant Professors

· Teaching and Research Assistants and Associates

· Lecturers Third-party funded faculty members are not required to file an Activity Report.
